Hello all

I've used this app as a calorie counter a few times in the past with good results, but have not used it's other features, specifically the social media part. But I have been having a harder time staying motivated and on plan the last few months. Not sure why...Maybe just another year around the sun... So, I've decided to try to use more features of the app to see how that might help, hence saying hello to this community!

Any boxers or kickboxers around here? This is my favorite way to exercise. You?

Like many people, I have ups and downs with my diet. Some months I do well and feel great and other times I can get boozy and eat poorly. The problem is that eating well is just so darn boring... and I really do like whiskey... And so, the struggle continues.
