A friend of mine sent me the link to that article today and it was shocking! It makes sense though and seems to come from legit scientists and studies. Basically, multivitamins don't do the things they claim to do, and it's better just to eat fruit and veggies to get your daily requirement of vegetables.

Wow! Interesting article...I truly feel though that when I take my multivitamin & B12 & Vit D supplement I lose weight faster...hmmm.

Maybe when I run out I'll stop.

love it! I've been talking about the myth that is multi-vitamins for a long time.

They didn't even discuss the fact that the delivery system of multi-vitamins in itself is flawed as the body does not normally
receive it's nutrients all at once through a pill and much of the nutrients in that pill cannot be absorbed at all (look up bio-availability for more information).
