Cooking: Temperature/Time Question

So I'm making baked cod (with a buttery Ritz cracker topping) that needs to cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cinnamon sweet potato fries that need to bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Should I risk cooking them at 375 or 400 and adjusting cooking time or should I cook them separately? If I cook them separately, which would still taste okay after sitting out for a half hour? I don't want yucky fish or soggy fries, so I'm stumped. What would you do?

One idea is to put the fries on the top shelf and the fish on a much lower shelf.0

I'd load both in at 350, then pull the fish after twenty and bump the temperature to 450. Pull the fries around ten to fifteen minutes after you pull the fish depending on how your oven heats. If you do not know your oven well play it safe and cook them separately.0
