I'm trying to lose 12-14 lbs over the next 7 months. Looking for encouragement to help me stay on track. Will begin my new eating
Plan & exercise routine next week. Trying to get through finals this week. Good luck to everyone!

    Welcome to this amazing site. If you stick to it, it WILL work. It is a great lifestyle change that everyone should take on.
    I am also trying to lose that amount of weight, so it will be nice to see each others progress.

    I will start 12/1, although I am exerising already and eating healthy. I am giving myself the next 2 days to stock my cabinets, plan meals, exercise regimen, etc. Looking for loads of support. My goal is 30 pounds, but I have to mentally break that up into 15 lbs this round and 15 the next. My goal is 6 months.
