My Old Body

I was wondering for those of you who have lost weight, did you find that your body from the past when you were in shape is an indicator of what your body after weight loss looks like? I know there would be some changes but I'm wondering if I used to have a flat stomach does that mean I have the possibility of having it again?

If your skin's been stretched for a long time, I wouldn't count on it being quite so tight again anytime soon, unless you're considering plastic surgery. Also, stretch marks, cellulite skin, and wrinkles won't entirely disappear. I would count on you being a better you than you are now, but not quite the you that you were before. It take some getting used to, I know. 30s != 20s != teens. Sorry!0

me? not even close. but it depends on how much weight you lose. 20 pounds? maybe you'll see those 6pack abs again. 75 pounds or more? expect loose skin, and as CA_Underdog says, stretch marks. the stretch marks will fade over time, and to some extent you'll see a bit less loose skin, but don't expect that taut, firm belly of yesteryear.0
