What season of the year do you lose more weight

Hi everyone,
I find that the summer is best times to lose weight. How is it for you?

I work construction outdoors so summer for sure. Constantly sweating and drinking water all day.

It was more noticeable when I was younger, but summer for sure. Never really been a winter sports enthusiast.

I have always lost weight in the winter and gained it back in the summer. It's much easier for me to get in a workout routine when my kids are in school and it's cool outside. During summer everyone is lazy, it's hot outside, and all the activities seem to revolve around food. This is the first year I've managed to keep the weight off during the summer. I haven't lost any, but I haven't gained either.
