Yep, too much info right there- sorry all!!

Wondering if anyone has had that laser treatment for abnormal cervical cells and, if so, when they returned to exercise? I believe I was told two weeks but was hoping to return to Shaun T's Insanity Monday the 6th. . . .

Had it done on Tuesday and feel ok - . . . any advice or thoughts or anecdotes?

I had some abnormal cervical cells frozen off and they told me two weeks too. I honestly think if your comfortable with exercising I say go for it.

Go by what your doctors says and how you feel.

I had the Top Hat LEEP and my doctor told me to take it easy for a few weeks. Ask your doctor what he thinks and definitely take the advice.

If he told you two weeks then you're only starting up one day ahead of what your doc recommended. Go for it as long as you feel ok.

Depends on how deep they went. Before my LEEP they told me 2-3 weeks..... after they told me 6-8 weeks. They told me no high impact activities for 4 weeks, and if I "spotted", to wait another week. Wear a liner just in case.

The worst part was the no sex for 8 weeks....I think I managed to wait 6! lol
