Ovarian cysts and bloating

I have been diagnosed with having cysts on my ovaries (not PCOS). I have a 'normal' cyst on my right side at over 5cm and a 'chocolate' cyst on my left. Being operated on in a few weeks to remove them. My stomach looks like I am 6 months pregnant and I'm so uncomfortable. Weight up six pounds in 10 days yet my waist and hip measurements have remained the same. Bloated is an understatement. I guess at least I now know the reason for this rapid gain but need relief from this bloating! Anyone else had a similar experience with any tips on how to shift the bloat?
