HELP!!!!

I just enjoyed the best sandwich of all times here, and I have no idea how many cals it was to put in my food diary. :grumble:

I could just put it off as a cheat but then it would show no food in my diary.

So if anyone can help me find something I would really appreciate it. I have checked most of the websites that I have seen in previous messages but to no avail I have found nothing. :explode:

So again I plead HELP:sad:

    I've seen some posts here re: sparkspeople.com where you can put in individual ingredients & it'll give you a idea of how many cals it has. Maybe try that. :smile:

    I was just telling my husband I hated watching tv because of all the foof commerical that make my mouth water. I think I will spring the term "food porn" to him the next time I see a Chili's commerical :laugh:
