hello i,m new

hi my name is nicci and i,m 37 trying to lose a few pounds so i,m planning on cutting calories and trying my best to exercise a number of times a week my problem is and this is my down fall i have a sweet tooth and love chocolate and cake and anything naughty hehe so any tips would be welcome ....hoping to meet peole that might be able to help me on my journey too

    Haha, I love the sweets tooo. Ice cream is my weakness. I am back on MFP again after loosing 20 lbs and gaining it all back over the course of a year. Hope I can loose those 20 again and keep them off.

  • Hi, I'm new too. I joined and started my weight loss journey this past Monday. So far almost a week in and I am going good. I like the food diary pretty simple. It also makes you quite aware if you are eating food with too much sugars or fat so you can adjust for the next meal, snack or the next day.

    Hopefully, I can hang in there. I've had a couple of false starts in the past. I start off strong for like 2 weeks then fall of the weight loss wagon...lol
