Sit in a chair, stand up, and repeat that exercise as many times necessary. :laugh:

    I saw this on some show. you can do it different ways. with arms at side or extended. also both legs and one legged.

    Hey you could add extra resistance like a mug of coffee, big hat to train the neck and if it all gets too easy take an inch of the bottom off the legs to reduce the chair height. I like it... :)
