So a lot of the "detox recommended" foods I've seen on various websites over the past few months, I eat pretty regularly. Would it still be beneficial to do a cleanse? I enjoy these foods so I'll continue to eat them either way but just curious if it has the same effects regularly being in my diet?

Cleanses are useless and no one seems to have a straight answer for what you're cleansing. If you're already eating well, you're receiving the benefits.0

Your body naturally detoxes itself, that's why you pee and poo.
'Cleanses' have zero proven benefits. It's best to just eat a well-balanced diet. And if you really feel the need to cleanse, just hop in the shower. :flowerforyou:0 -
If you see the words "detox" and/or "cleanse" on a product or a website run away, run away fast.0
