Hi all,
I stumbled upon this combo recently and wanted to share it. It's so easy and tasty and it keeps me filled up for 3 hours!
100 grams blueberries and
100 grams watermelon (cubed)
(87 calories)
It's really easy if you buy the already prepared watermelon. And if you shop at Wegman's (and probably other places too), you can buy watermelon "hearts", which is just the good stuff but not cubed yet, so you can get almost exactly 100 grams just by slicing it yourself. Wegman's is also selling giant tubs of Jersey blueberries right now.
