3 weeks in

Hi all my name is Holly. I have been over weight nice I was around 9. I have tried so many things to lose weight but this time I feel confident that I can do this long term. I am blogging elsewhere if your interested its http://holly1213.blog.com/ I am keeping I have decided to take a whole new (for me at least) approach to weight loss. Instead of restricting myself or limiting myself or trying to force exercise I am instead just tracking and trying to improve the quality of food I eat. I have lost 11.5 pounds in just 3 weeks and am very excited to be doing this. The best part I am not hungry all the time and when I am tired or so I just relax instead of force myself to work out anyway. I started at 316.5 and am at 305... my goal 150 and we will see what I want to do from there.
