Slow-cooker salsa chicken

3-4 boneless chicken breast
1 18 oz jar of salsa

spray crook-pot place chicken in bottom pour salsa over chicken cook low 8 hours high 4 hours served with white rice or baked potato side dish of vegetables

    This is one that is so easy yet so tasty.
  • I add a sliced onion and Pablano Chile, and season with cumin and garlic salt.
  • You can add some carrots and celery too, along with the same jar filled with water. Last 30 minutes, add some instant rice and black beans. Turn it into Spanish Rice. Served with a dollop of Sour Cream.

    before u marinate u fork chicken all around to let flavor in chicken and u can also use any one of the Italian dressings yes u doctor it up your way............just put up suggestions.............thanks
  • I just made this a few days ago! Served it with fajita rice and sauteed peppers & onions. Yum :)

    I also made this the other day and served it with soft white corn tortillas and southwestern Ranch yogurt dressing. With 3 ounces of chicken per taco, it was about 200 cals each.

    I finally found ranch powder here in Australia so this might be nice with a ranch dressing.
