I'm a single mom, 2 kids, running an online biz for beauty serums, struggling with weight issues about 20 years.
When the second kid came I topped 100kg + at which point I stopped reading the scale.

I am down to 84kg now. I do pilates, heavy hands, use a medicine ball. Have trouble with knees and back so I dont exert myself too much, just steadily losing inches, even if weight doesn't go down much.

Am looking at the exercise database & calculator, and it feels so intimidating, coz with my hectic schedule & limitations, I will not be able to do those things to the extent of change.

I don't know what to do here anymore. I kinda came for support coz I'm in a slump now.
whats an easy way to start off here? so that atleast every couple days, I cn login and do stuff?
