perfect 1200 cal day MyFitnessPal all stats green

Options
I finally figured it out! here it is to share for everyone to see:

I first saw a post on Google looking for the perfect day on MyFitnessPal and I finally figured it out you'll be over 4 cal but that's okay you'll be in the green for everything else.

Food from Trader Joes:

1 small banana (4 oz.)
1 medium pink lady apple (242g)
0.5 cup baby spinach
0.6 medium Barlett pear (177g)
5.5 oz whole white mushrooms
2 tbs classic hummus
2 oz cave aged farmhouse cheddar cheese

Else where but can also buy at trader joes:

0.8 cup fat free skim milk
3 jumbo sized eggs (both white and yolk) (63g per egg))
2 large 6 1/2 in diameter inch pita bread

put those bad boys and and boom you're at 1204 cal and you are in the green for all the other stats

You're welcome~

I'm currently disabled so I can't work out so I'm at 1200 cal a day so far so good I've lost weight and have been meeting my goals since I can't do anything but control my eating habits. Also perfect for those who sit and do nothing all day.

By adhering to just a little more than 1200 cal a day I go no over than 1220, i've been losing weight at a gradual rate. I was at 132 and as of this past Tuesday, I'm 119.8. Goal is 110 which I should hit by mid November. Before thanksgiving :D

Medium? Small? Cups? None of that means anything since they're all relative.

    What were the weights?

That sounds like a fine breakfast. What are you planning to eat for the rest of the day?

    No, no... you're welcome.

Why is it so important to stay in the green for everything? Are you going to eat the same thing every day?

    Thanks but no thanks.

Not to mention, that won't really equal 1200...

    What's a small banana?
What's a medium apple or pear?

No two are the same size, so those calories can vary greatly. So yeah, not so perfect.

Sorry but not sorry. Figure out your TDEE-% and go from there. Eat more food.

I'm generally eating about 100-150 cals MORE than MFP says i should, yet these first two weeks i've STILL managed to lose just about 2 lbs a week. remember that the sedientary setting for many is STILL too low for just about everyone.

    One meal. Very little protein.

This would make a decent breakfast, but that is about it.

Over 5 oz of mushrooms, but eating the entire pear is out of the question?

If you go online under the desktop view from a PC or a Mac you can see how much protein and fat they are~

I'm on my Mac and don't see it...because you didn't list it with the calories you are claiming this to be.

Also, still waiting to hear what a medium apple is, and small banana...because what I think is small, someone might think is large, and what I think is medium someone might think is small...so...

    I can't see your diary, it's private.

So I plugged it in myself. It came to 1400 calories (I probably chose different entries on things like the pita bread) and only 70 grams of protein.

My main problem with it (aside from it being not very much food and way less protein than I need) is that it just seems like a list of foods. What are you doing with them? Or are you thinking you'll just eat each of them individually?
