Calories in dragonfruit?

MFP said 100 grams would be 60 calories so I weighed out 100 grams on my
food scale which ended up being less than half of the dragon fruit, I ate half which was around 160 something grams and 100 calories. To me, 100 calories seems like waaaay too high for half of a dragon fruit. So, I'm just wondering, it's 100 grams according to MFP including the skin right? Because the skin seems like where most of the weight is coming from and I don't want to be overestimating.

Nutrition of fruits is usually estimated without the inedible parts, like skin or pits. Like, "one orange" - you might get more calories by eating the rind but that is not included in the posted nutritional value.

The precise nutritional will also be affected by he fruit's ripeness (more sugars) and growing conditions. Unless you are having dozens of them per day, the calorie difference will not be significant.

    81.6 calories.

    I show 100G to be 51 Calories X 1.6 = 81.6 (for 160g)
