Determine how important it really is for you to eat the
food your craving and how much do you really want it. Pay
attention to when and what you are eating. Ask yourself:
"Do I really want to eat this?" Never eat on the run-wait
until you arrive. Otherwise, your body won't even realize
you have eaten.

You can't lose weight by talking about it. You have to keep
your mouth shut.
