Hi, I just joined & wanted to introduce myself, I'm a mother of three, my youngest is seven months old & I can't seem to lose the weight, so I'm hoping if i keep track of what i eat & how much I exercise I'll do better tahn I have for the first seven months. So if anyone has any advice on how to stay away from junk food please let me know

    Welcome, Don't be too hard on yourself. Like I've said in many other posts, my best piece of advice is to drink plenty of water. If you have time for junk food, you have time for water too. I have also found it motivating to see the changes in the amount of money I spend on food now that I watch what I am eating.

    Watch your carbs and drink water stay away from sugar. Be patient you will do just fine.
