Need friends on the journey to lose weight and stay fit.

Hi, I'm Kumaran. I'm 26 and i'm really really off the scales when it comes to my weight. I feel really bad many times about being on the heavier side but it's always a thought and was never an action. I did lose some and then gained back all and more. I'm here back again now to start, Not just to lose weight but to stay lean. I know my story would sound similar to many out there struggling hard to lose weight and then getting it all back. It's a really pathetic feeling. And i know i'm not alone. So anyone who's been through this is welcome to be my friend. To motivate each other to lose weight and to share good food ideas, excercise schedules and be friends in the race to stay fit. Looking forward to hearing from you!!! Cheers!!!

    Hey!! I can completely relate to what you're saying! I feel like the more motivation and positive feedback through my new lifestyle change...the stronger I feel about my exciting future!
