Bad day at work...feel like a good cry and a cup of tea :( FOOD will not make this better...RIGHT?!

    You are right! Food will not fix it! Hope things get better....maybe exercise to relieve stress??? (((HUGS)))

    You are doing the right thing to post your feelings right now. What can you do that will help you get through the night?
    Watch a movie? Exercise or stretch while watching. Take a bath/shower - put on relaxing clothes. Call a friend. Drink some water, tea?

    Thanks guys. It's not event that I don't know all the facts, it's just when yer in the middle of "it" there doesn't seem to be anything else that feels that good...for the moment, until the guilt and reality sets in. I'm not very good at meeting my own needs but don't have a problem meeting otheres needs. I guess I just need to figure out what I DO need. THANKS! Talking helps::ohwell:

    No, food will NOT make it better, it will make you feel WORSE!! (Believe me! I've just realized that I am a massive emotional eater, and it's a hard habit to break!) So sorry to hear you had a bad day at work. :( Drink your tea and call a good friend!! :heart:
