Get back on track during PT modified workouts

I have a 4 month old ( a wonderful kid I adore!) and I am seeing a PT for some pelvic pain from my "loose joints" (stupid hormones). I'm not supposed to run yet, but I am able to do some exercises and walk.

However, my several weeks of not running has totally derailed my eating (I don't know why but the more I work out the better I eat generally, it is traditionally my main motivator) and I can't seem to get back on track.

Motivation help please? What helps you get back on track?
