NSV - down a pant size but zero lbs lost.

I had bought these very comfortable and cheap black dress pants from Walmart about 3 months ago. They were starting to fall apart (cheap), so I decided that I should grab another pair. When I went in, I just grabbed the same pair in the same size 12 without trying them on. When I got home and put them on, I realized they were TOO BIG. I should have gotten a 10!
But I have been at a standstill in my weightloss for the last 3-4 months only losing about 5lbs but still working out and eating right for the most part. I guess my body was still changing in the last 3 months even if the pounds weren't showing.

Great NSV. it goes to show it's not all about the number on the scale.0

Congrats to you!! I'm having a similar issue with weight loss - only managed to budge 3 pounds in 4 months BUT I'm losing inches all over and can see myself becoming more defined. I know people say it's the inches that matter and not the scales but it's a TAD annoying when the scales don't reflect the results. Anyway I've just changed my macros: increased my protein and decreased fat so fingers crossed this might give my weight a helping nudge0

Ugh, tell me about it! Its very frustrating! But I guess it is all about the inches0 -
When that happens to me, i think of it as my body adjusting and readying to lose weight.0
