New eating schedule

I want to try losing without counting and since thinking a little I figured the best and easiest way FOR ME to do that, is to just stop snacking and skip lunch. Or eat a very small lunch like a hard boiled egg, a piece of cheese or a fruit.
I know it's different for everyone, but roughly, how long will it take my body to get used to the new eating schedule/habit?

That question is vague. I doubt anyone can guess how your body will respond to a new eating schedule. Losing weight is about being in a calorie deficit. How you go about that is up to you. Just make sure you are eating enough to meet your nutritional needs.0

It took me about three weeks for my body to adjust to an IF eating window. I would personally suggest that you count calories while your body is adjusting (and maybe for a little while afterwards) just to be sure you are getting the proper nutrition.0

Agree with counting at first. Just to make sure you aren't overdoing it at dinner.
For the first couple weeks, if I was trying this, I'd definitely have emergency almonds with me at all times. Just in case my blood sugar got too low.0 -

This is a good idea. I know what I should eat but when not counting I tend to be more under than over on them.0 -

......I'll just be nice....and answer your question. It means when does the body get used to not eating lunch. Or when does the hunger pangs at lunch time stop.
Because for some people like me, if you eat at a specific time you get hunger pangs...whether you actually need food or not.0
