Time to fix up once and for all

Everyday is a NEW DAY and although this is try, in the world of dieting it's just a sorry excuses
This method has been my approach for longer than I would like to remember. Even today I started of with a healthy breakfast and then stuffed my face with crap shortly after.
Not waiting until tomorrow because tomorrow never comes. Starting my new way of life from now 1:30 to be exact lol.
Forget the quick fixes because they do not work.
Healthy eating and self value and worth.
Looking for some real and serious weight lost buddies. Not just buddies that are going to like my status but ones that are in the same boat. I am talking exchanging emails or Facebook or even what's app and keeping in regular contact about success and failure, highs and lows.

    You have this!!! I'm at the same place. I committed to myself 1 week ago to stop going around in circles and beating myself up. Slow, steady and consistent is the way to go.
    I have 87 lbs to lose to be in a healthy range. Don't quit! If you slide a little, get right back at it :) AND, love yourself, you deserve it...
