Hey all so I live right above a saxby's coffee and recently a friend introduced me to their nonfat, sugarfree frolattes and I am a *teensy* bit obsessed with them right now... they're SO GOOD!!!

But the thing is... they're TOO good... so I'm a little skeptical about them before I go off and start having a couple a week. I'm not sure how comparable they are to say the starbucks mocha light frapp which is 140 cal for a grande.

Does anyone have any idea about the nutritional information for these? Or any saxby's coffee products at all?

  • Check and see if they have a website. If so, look up the menu/nutritional info and that should tell you. That's usually how I find the information for what Im eating when MFP don't have it listed in their database.
  • There's no website that's why I'm asking the mfp group!

Have you tried emailing the company?

    info@saxbyscoffee.com
  • I emailed them and they responded with the nutrition info... WOW am I glad I did that... it is 450 CALORIES HOLY COW (literally I feel like one right now...)

So much for thinking I'd be in the clear with a non-fat, sugar free drink.
