After party meals.

So, had a party last night, danced my a** off and ate quite well, I don't drink much so I was okay with a couple of shots and I did not bother too much about measuring in everything since I had quite a workout before and after everything (and it's one day).

Thing is that I went to bed at midnight (early for party standards, I know) since I had to work. Woke up at 4 (I come in at 6) and I'm here slowly dying. :sick:

Any pick me up meals, tips and tricks to deal with the after party feeling?
