My workout day :)

I have lost 19lbs in 3 weeks yay me. This is my routine

Sunday Walk 2miles
Monday Walk 2 miles, Dance with my kids 20 minutes , Jillian Michaels 30ds
Tuesday Walk 2 miles, Dance with my kids 20 minutes , Jillian Michaels 30ds , Pilates 60 minutes
Wednesday Walk 2 miles, Dance with my kids 20 minutes , Jillian Michaels 30ds
Thursday Walk 2 miles, Dance with my kids 20 minutes , Jillian Michaels 30ds , Pilates 60 minutes
Friday Walk 2 miles, Dance with my kids 20 minutes , Jillian Michaels 30ds
Saturday Walk 2 miles, Dance with my kids 20 minutes , Jillian Michaels 30ds Yoga 75 minutes

I also do a serious ab workout 20 minutes every morning lotso belly fat lol


I eat MOST of my calories have been adding 100 calorie snack packs to boost excercise calories (watch fat content though.
Drinking all my water and NO SODA 1 glass of tea per day My meals are 1 starch 1protein and 2-3 veggies fruits! There ya go thats my days!!!! Loving Life
Oh BTW I almost always go over on my protein lol But I dont think thats bad considering my work out routine

  • I had a eye opener when I visited NYC 3 weeks ago. A chunky lady told me to "move it Lard *kitten*"..... I said Thats it Im done and I wanna play with my kids I have 9 of t hem lmao
