I wore the wrong shoes yesterday for my workout. Woke up this morning to a nasty blister on my foot. Hurts to walk on it. It's building fluid and I was wondering if I should drain it or not.

If it's causing discomfort, it should be drained. a clean, sterilized pin and some tissues. Just don't remove the skin in case more fluid builds up.0
