I'm thinking about beginning this, as you can do it in your own time!
Thinking about beginning at 5 minutes three times a day then increasing to 10 minutes three times a day after a few days and then so on?
What do you all think..

Heres some workouts here when you start to increase the time. I have done the Hasfit one. Its a good quick workout.
