Hey guys! I'm a little new here. My name is Daniel. I live in Little Rock, AR, USA. I'm a 20 year old who attends UALR. I'm majoring in Spanish and French and want to teach when I graduate. Introduce yourself. I need more friends on here!

    I started a wellness program 3 weeks ago, and use MFP to track my progess. I really like how you input everything that you do, and then find ways to improve. Lost 7lbs. so far!!
