New and not so new...

Hi,
How are you? I'm Lorri and I'm interested in changing my current lifestyle into a healthy one and lose A BUNCH of weight in the process.
I'm married, have a teenage daughter and 2 cats. I work full-time as an Administrative Assistant. I'm 51 and want to gain better control of my life. Mentally I feel I'm in my 30's but physically I feel very old....like 150. I'd like to close that gap a little, of course toward my younger side!! lol.
I'm half Japanese and have some native american in the other half. I don't know how much.
Right now I am struggling a little with many things. LOL. Getting to bed earlier so I can wake up earlier to exercise and start eating. Like right now it's 2:16 PM and I haven't eaten or had anything to drink yet. I woke up late because I went to sleep late thinking about things. Things like that. I guess many bad habits.
Things to work on:
Eating regularly
Sleeping at least 7 hours
Exercising at least 30 minutes a day
Turn into an Early Bird
Have daily routines
Syncing Family into this.

A little overwhelmed right now... I'm going to go make some breakfast and take a walk before the rest of the day gets away from me. Have a great day!
