Free, accurate body fat calculator online?

My BMI is in the normal range (19.2). My weight is in the healthy range for my height (112 lbs 5'4). However, I am not happy with my appearance. I have a bit of a belly, love handles, and a bit of fat under my chin (not enough to be a double chin, but it's a little more than I'd like.) I suspect I am "skinny fat".
I took my measurements and put them into a bunch of calculators online and each tell me something different. One said 6% (definitely not!), another said 11%, the first one said 25%, and one said 31% (I really hope this one was wrong). I think my measurements are accurate as I've done and remeasured them multiple times in the same places.
I cannot have my body fat percentage measured at a gym or doctor's office.
Do you know of a free, online calculator that is at least close accurate? One that will give me a good idea?

Make sure you're using a calculator designed for women. It would include your hip and bust measurements
You are not 6% body fat. And at 112 lbs, if you were 31%, then that would mean you only have 77 lbs of lean body mass. Also unlikely.0 -
However, I am not happy with my appearance.
What are you going to do to change it?0 -
How am I going to change it?
After a discussion in a different post, I plan on trying to build muscle and also learn to accept my body.0
