Found something like this on a cooking site, we had too many bananas and try to use them up... came out really good!!!! It's so easy and delicious! I didn't need to add any sweetener.
3 medium bananas
2 whole eggs,
I am sure you can use only egg whites and add protein powder to get more protein in. Mash the bananas, add eggs ( protein powder if you like ) scoop the batter on the griddle and that's it!
my is a little burned but taste great!
I made 12 little pancakes,
41 calories, 7c/1f/1.5p each
Would like to put picture up but don't know how to do that on MFP :-(
