TDEE help - newbie

My BMR is: 2309, My TDEE is: 3579 calories. Taking away 20% from TDEE means I should be eating 2864 calories? That seems like so much... :|

I am currently working out 5x a week and eating 2000 a day

Your best indicator is how what you're doing now is working for you. Do you feel fine at 2000? How much are you losing? If you want to eat more and lose slower, going up to 2800 should accomplish that. Neither level is dangerous.

I feel fine, I dont feel hungry or tired. I was just worried I wasnt eating enough. I wont know how much I am losing until I get weighed and measured tomorrow :)

There are people here who would say it's not enough. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a doctor or weight loss professional who says 2000 isn't enough, though. If you do it for say 4 weeks and find you lose more than 1% of your body weight in weeks 2-4, then I think you might consider going up. The first week there's too much water weight to tell. Good luck!
