111lbs down, wls march 28th 2014

As the title says I had weight loss surgery almost 5 months ago, I'll be excactly 5 months out on Tuesday. I'm currently down 111lbs (7 stone 13lbs). My stats were- Highest weight 428, surgery weight 408, current weight 317, still have aing way to go but Deffo getting there!

That's cool. 2 of my co-workers went to mexico to have the surgery because insurance here in the states denied them. Their surgery was very successful. I wish you the best on your journey. Stay hydrtated:drinker: You look very good.:flowerforyou:
