Woo hoo!!!
Two days in a row, finally two days in arrow met my protien goal, even went over it alittle.
Thank you thank you all for tipping me off on the quest bars, maken a big difference!
Also found a baby kale cabbage salad (never thought I'd never find myself eating either one) really large bag only 5.00 something from Costco And it's really good, only three grams of protien per cup. Added 2.5 ounces of sliced chicken breast.
Oh yeah two brown eggs 1 piece organic marathon bread, for a big breakfast.
So very happy with that! But even though I've stayed slightly under my calorie goals for the week, I'm not feeling to excited for measure and weight day tomorrow. I've had days this week, like heaver than most of my days.

Thank you for your kind replies. My measurements were a tiny bit lower. (I can't understand why I'm not really loosing inches as it has taken 18 weeks already and I have a new weight of 116, so I did loose 2lbs this week) and have about ten more to go. I'm gonna make this happen, working hard at it.0
