I usually eat back some, on occasion ill eat them all back. For me it really depends on how hungry I am. I make sure I'm eating around 1600+ calories. I have MFP set to lightly active and then on days I do a lot I usually eat the calories back or it may be the next day before I really need the extra amount. I think you have to do some trial and error to find out what works for you. I can tell you that at the end of a week I average out my calories in/to to a loss of 1lb/week and that's what I'm set up for. And that's usually what I lose on a weekly basis.

It's been pretty accurate for me so far. I eat my exercise calories back.

The only way you'll know if it's the same for you is to try it for a few weeks - see if you get the results you want - and if not adjust it from there.
