Recovery from minor surgery/No exercise change diet?

I had a minor surgery last week for a skin cancer on my back (between my shoulder blades). I feel fine except that I have quite a few stitches and it hurts.
My question is while I restricted should I change my macros/micros. I have been continuing to keep my protein high (around 130grams) although am concerned if that is the right thing. As a nurse, I know protein is great for healing however I am not working out at all.
My diary is open and I am open to suggestions or comments.
