Hey pals, going on 3 months here.

My name is Steve and I've been on and off with exercising since 2011. The most I've ever weighed was 343 lbs back in 2012. I've been exercising again since April this year starting at 323 lbs and I have lost 29.4 lbs since then (293.6 lbs end of July). I don't log my food because I don't have a scale and I can't always measure accurately, but I do eat in moderation with a strong will. I do record my exercises nearly every day because I've made it my goal since June to do jog/walk intervals every day.

At the end of each month beginning with June I write a progress report with a few thoughts and/or statistics with intent to encourage and inspire, and is something that I am going to continue doing. I feel like this is my turning point in changing myself for a healthier me. I'm shy and I don't post a whole lot on the forums, but I do make the effort to stick with my goals and update my logs every day. I also absolutely love seeing other people's progress as well.

I'm looking for some pals in this journey, and it makes me happy to cheer others on so feel free to add me!
