I want to start eating oatmeal for post-workout breakfasts... I'm very picky so I need ideas!! I really like cinnamon and I like oatmeal "liquify" (aka the oats not absorbed)..

Try dicing up some apples to throw in with it. I prefer my oatmeal to be cooked though. That way when you put the apples (and cinnamon) in, the apples soften a little. I also like brown sugar too. Not as many calories as regular sugar and it sweetens it up.0

I like to put frozen blueberries on top so I get the hot and cold together.
And I always use steel cut oats.0 -
I add oatmeal to a protein drink along with almond milk. Nice and filling.0

Yes ideas! Last time I tried making oatmeal it was the consistency of glue :S0

To avoid glue, don't cook the oatmeal too long.
I beef up my oatmeal with protein powder, mixed nuts and raisings, fruit and milk. I use instant oatmeal with some high-fiber addition to it. I try to get about a third of my calories for the day into breakfast.0
