Breakfast
Chicken vienne sausages, flavored water, cheese

Lunch
Turkey and cheese salad w/poppy seed dressing, water

Dinner
3 waters, turkey and cheese salad, 1 small round boneless porkchop, 1 bacon wrapped petite steak filet

Snack
Soy Milk with cornbread made with soy milk as well, did not finish and yes, more water

If I can get my eating under control again, I can make it....

    5 small turkey sausage links, water
    Lunch
    Turkey and cheese salad, water
    Snack
    Trail Mix, cashews, flavored water
    Dinner
    Cheese burger, tea, toasted rye bread instead of bun
    Snack
    Measured out air poped puffs, no butter, cheese only 2 cups for 12 carbs.
    More flavored water....

    steamed veggies with butter and garlic
    small salad with cucumbers and turkey bacon chips, poppy seed dressing, water
    Snack
    measured 2 cups air popped corn puffs, 12 carbs
    3 miniature reese cups alloted amount only
    3 more waters

    OK, I can do this.

    I worked from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on the property I am selling.
