ok so i heard some terrible stuff about this fish.. but at the end of the day its cheap, clean and tasty. and has good amount of protein in it. what are your thoughts?? if you don't know much just google it, apparently people don't like the way its farmed...
maybe you have alternatives?? i love fish especially if i caught it my self.. but the good stuff is just too expensive for me to eat all the time.

I am fussy about where my fish comes from because of what I learned from a friend who raises Talapia according to FDA regulations.
I eat canned sardines once in a while because they are low in mercury and have omega 3.
I would say if it is important to you to eat it, at least eat it only occasionally.
Here are some suggestions for safe fish.
