Hi. I'm new too. I would like to lose at least 40 pounds by next November. So, that is less than a pound a week. Sounds so easy doesn't it? Let's hope it goes smoothly. My problem is that I don't like to exercise, and I am also diabetic. Being diabetic means I have to be even more careful of my food choices. Good luck to you!0
