Please can someone push me in the right direction?

I have recently got back into going to the gym after a 5 year absence (although I have done taekwondo and running in that time). I'm back doing my favourite exercise ever - the deadlift! (Although I do sumo deadlifts because my hip mobility isn't that great).

A little background history, I started going to the gym when I was 19 and trained for powerlifting. My 1RM for deadlifts (sumo deadlifts) was 140kg. (Squat - 120kg, bench 65kg). Currently I am pulling three sets of 10 reps using 40kg, although I think I could easily do more, I'm trying to ease back into it. My form is good

My question is, can someone give me some suggestions as to good ways to work on getting my deadlift back up to where I was? The gym I go to is a basic community gym and has no squat rack, so I prefer to do deadlifts. I do taekwondo twice a week, squash once a week and that leaves me with 2 sessions in the gym to work on my lifts.

I really appreciate any advice and I know it will take time and hard work.
Thank you

That's pretty much it - time and effort. If you're trying to lose weight, make sure to eat enough to support gains.
You've been there before, you can do it again.
