Hi,
Been logging my calories for a while now but its time to venture out into the online world and make some friends. I'm 208lbs with a preliminary goal of 180lbs. I'm still nursing my toddler so have to do this slowly, no crash diets here! Am currently aiming at about 1800 cals a day and working my butt off excersizing if i want more/ something a bit naughty!
Any body in a similar boat?
