OP, what are your goals anyways?
My goals are to weigh about 165-170.
My long term goals are to be able to maintain that weight without gaining.0 -
Well if your goal is maintenance for a long period, do you think extreme calorie suppression and tons of exercise will get you there? Most women I know exercising 3 to 6 hours a week eat 1700 to 2100 calories during weight loss and 2100 to 2500 during maintenance. I believe its time that you evaluate your current plan to something you can sustain. Set a moderate deficit (1 lb per week) and exercise 5 to 6 hours a week with a mix of resistance training and cardio/hiit.
Honestly, eating too few calories and exercising too much will set you up to binge, for an ED and lose a lot of muscle which can lead to greater metabolic adaptation that would normally occur.0
