Advice for maintaining my weight?

I weighed myself today at 101 pounds, and I want to maintain that. I don't want to lose weight because then I'll be too skinny, and if I gain anything else, I'll be overweight for my age and height, even though my BMI says I'm normal. Anyways, the question is, how can I maintain that through my diet and exercise?

how tall are you? at 101 lbs that is very light for a 22 year old woman. Esp if you think if you gain weight you will automatically be put into an "overweight category"

As for maintaining...you do that by eating enough food to maintain that weight. To do that you can use a website to estimate it based on your activity level, MFP will also give you an estimate without activity.

Eat those calories, which you know you are because you are logging and yes you will maintain your current weight.

Or you can eat at a certian level and see what happens...for example eat at 1800 and if you lose increase it...if you gain decrease it.

So if you lose even a little weight, you will be underweight. But if you gain any weight, you'll be overweight. There is no leeway?

    Something isn't right here.
