Low Carb Food Journal Example

Anyone following a low carb diet willing to share an example of their food journal or friend me? I'm trying to keep my carb intake under 150g a day. My body does better when I eat low carb (I have less cravings, get in more veggies, and feel fuller because I tend to eat more protein), but lately I've run into a bit of boredom with lack of choices. Any examples of a day in the life of a healthy low carb eater would be appreciated!

    I went to Unique, which is a second hand store and bought myself the South Beach Diet book for less than $2.00 and they have all kinds of recipes and help for Low Carb eating and I love it. You might try that. I got tired of all the meat so went to Amazon and ordered Rose Elliot's "The Vegetarian Low-Carb Diet book and love that one as well. Hope this is helpful to you!!!     As a long time vegetarian, carbs have been my nemesis. I've cut way back and have lose 11 lbs. since mid May. Thanks for your post about Rose Elliott's book. Just ordered it.
  • There is lots of info available on line. I started with the South Beach Diet. I lost 10 lbs since July 2. I hedge my bets by also watching total calories. There are also some useful blogs on line,
